In this new project, Prague’s Epoque Quartet meets composer and multiinstrumentalist Petr Wajsar together with Gabriela Vermelho, a singer and violinist from Prerov. She is familiar to the public mainly because of her acting performance in “Ballad for a Bandit” in Brno, for which she received an Alfred Radok Award. The original sound and phrasing of Epoque Quartet blends together splendidly with Vermelho’s voice and Wajsar’s electronic generations. This musical performance, inspired in minimalism, jazz, dance and even classical music shows EQ and their colleagues in a view unknown and fresh both for Czech and international public.
